If something feels harder than it should be, we can help fix it
We help simplify messy processes, systems, and reporting so things run faster, clearer, and with less manual effort.
Does this sound familiar?
Something that should take minutes takes hours
Processes held together by workarounds
Spreadsheets that have grown out of control
Only one person knows how it actually works
The same manual steps repeated every week
Fixing things as you go instead of having something solid
Most of the time, the problem isn’t the tool. It’s how things have evolved over time
How we help
We start by understanding how things actually work in practice, not just how they were originally set up.
From there, we simplify and improve the process so it’s easier to manage and more reliable.
That might involve:
Removing unnecessary steps and workarounds
Cleaning up and restructuring processes
Improving how systems or data are used
Automating repetitive tasks
Improving or rebuilding reporting where needed
Writing down how things work, so it isn't all in one person's head
The aim is to make things simpler and faster, not to sell you new software.
Start small
The easiest way to begin is a review.
We spend about 90 minutes on the jobs that take up most of your week. We'd rather watch the work happen than just hear about it, so there's nothing to prepare.
A couple of days later you get one page back:
What's costing you the most time, ranked
Roughly how long each one would take to fix
What we'd leave alone
A fixed price for the first one, if you want us to do it
No obligation, and nothing to buy at the end of it.
Normally £250. Free for the first three businesses, until the 31st of December.
This offer is how we're building up our first few local examples. If it's useful, a few honest lines we can quote is all we'd ask in return.
Who this is for
This is usually a good fit if:
Your processes feel more complicated than they should be
You rely on manual work or repeated steps
Things have grown over time without a clear structure
You’re working around limitations instead of fixing them
You want to improve how things work without replacing everything
If you’ve got something that feels messy, slow, or harder than it should be, feel free to get in touch or send it over.
We’re happy to take a look and let you know if we can help.
Free for the first three, until 31st of December
